A Natural resource is a thing people can use which comes from Nature: people do not make it themselves. Your homework is to make a poster about one of natural resources. Examples of natural resources are air, water, wood, oil, solar energy, wind energy, hydro-electric energy, coal water, minerals. Petroleum used in buses is not a natural resource, for example, because people make it.
- Choose a natural resource.
- Think of the ways it is used in our lives.
- Please include some pictures or drawings along with short descriptions.

We are starting a new unit on computer graphics. Students will be learning the various tools available to them in MS Paint. We will investigate options for fine tuning the tools in order to gain more control over graphic manipulation and to add more detail to the images.
